There are several ways to find books in the library.

1. Visit the reference desk in the library or chat with a librarian. They can help you narrow down results to find exactly what you need. You can even book a librarian for help at your convenience!

2. Use One Search to find books. Type in a title, subject, or author, then from the results page limit the format to print books. Look for the call number of the book you're interested in. The call number is like the address of the book in the stacks.

3. The NVC Library uses the Library of Congress cataloging system. Click here to view the general sections. However, browsing the stacks can be difficult, so if you need help be sure to visit the reference desk.
